This is a 9 ft filtered power cable for digital audio gear. It is shielded, flexible, and easy to route behind lightweight streamers, reclockers, DDCs, DACs, and network audio components. An integrated AC mains EMI filter rated for 10 amps sits in the cable path before power reaches the connected component.
The topology is simple and purposeful: Line/Neutral enters a common-mode choke stage, passes through X/Y capacitor filtering, then passes through a second common-mode choke stage before the output. This two-stage choke/capacitor approach is part of the power design we use in our top-tier digital gear, including FPGA-based products, because quieter AC feeding and lower high-frequency noise around digital circuits contribute directly to the sound we get from those components.
